An antique late 18th-century Russian silver Orthodox cross pendant on a link chain. The pendant depicts an engraved Crucifix on the obverse. Inscription in Church Slavonic on the reverse, To the Presbyter Who Gives the Image of Faithful Word and Deed. Dated 1797 below. This phrase usually decorates award crosses given to distinguished priests since the era of Paul I. Unmarked. Total Weight: 111.4 grams. Collectible Religious Christian Items, Jewelry.
