Circa the early 20th century. Franz Waldegg was an Austrian landscape painter. He studied at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts with J. Hauer in Vienna from 1903-1907. He was a member of the Segantini Federation (Segantini Bund). Waldegg is recognized as one of the most outstanding marine painters of his day. One of a kind artwork.
