An antique late 19th-century Russian Orthodox icon representing Jesus in the Christ Pantocrator iconography, known in the Western Christianity as Christ in Majesty. Mixed media painting: egg tempera, gesso, and levkas on a wood board. Silver riza or oklad with repousse floral decor and polychrome enamel accents, hallmark of 84 silver standard and makers marks are on the rim. Engraved indication of weight on the rim.
