A Russian porcelain tea service, a presentation set from the Mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov to government ministers. This lot is one of 30 copies. The service consists of 16 items, including a teapot, a sugar bowl, a creamer, 6 tea pairs, and a serving plate. Figurative gilt rims with blue marble-like borders. The bodies of the pieces are garnished with polychrome transfer-printed views of Moscow and Moscow coat of arms, as well as inscription Moscow in Russian. Each item is marked Capital Porcelain Manufacture, Hand Made on the bottom. The set comes in a presentation case. Yury Luzhkov, 1936 to 2019, was a Russian politician who served as mayor of Moscow from 1992 to 2010. Collectible Porcelain Ware, Tableware And Serveware, Memorabilia.
