A Russian Soviet era porcelain tea service. Ca. 1940s. A total of 16 items, including a teapot, a sugar bowl, a creamer, 6 tea pairs, and a serving plate. Square-shaped pieces with beveled corners. Pink ground color with berry motif. Gilt rims. Glavfarforfayans NKMP RSFSR, Dmitrovsk Factory Verbilki mark on the bottom of each item. Dmitrovsk Porcelain Factory is the former Gardner Factory, the first Russian private porcelain manufacture established in the 18th century in the village of Verbilki, Moscow region.
