A vintage Russian decorative porcelain plate with a portrait of a Space Pilot Vladislav Volkov. Circa 1960s. The plate has a white raised edge with a gilded border. The name of the cosmonaut is inscribed under the portrait. Vladislav Nikolaevich Volkov, 1935 to 1971, Soviet pilot, cosmonaut of the USSR No. 20, twice Hero of the Soviet Union.
