A Pre WWII type German Third Reich Reichsparteitag medal. Commemorative medal dedicated to the Party Congress of the 3rd Reich 1940. The medal depicts a man in a helmet in the left profile. At the top is the date 1940, below it reads Reichsparteitag. On the reverse side in a laurel wreath is the inscription: Nur tapfere Volker haben Geschichte, in English it reads Only brave peoples have history.
