Oil on canvas painting, attributed to Avinash Chandra, 1931 to 1991, an Indian artist and art teacher based in the UK, one of the first Indian painters to achieve widespread international recognition. The artwork depicts an abstract floral composition against the dark red background. Signed by the artist and dated 1964 in the lower right.
