Kawase Hasui, Japanese, 1883-1957, a color print on paper Sengaku-ji Temple, or Night scene at Sengakuji. Marked along margins, artists mark lower left. Heisei Edition, Posthumous printing, by the original publisher, The Watanabe Color Print Co., from the original blocks, 1931. Comes with a Floating World Gallery collectors receipt. Hasui Kawase was a Japanese artist who was one of 20th century Japans most important and prolific printmakers.
