An antique mid-18th century Spanish ex-voto, a Christian Catholic votive painting. City of Cadiz, ca. 1731 to 1776. Mixed media piece, ink, paint, foil, collage. The artwork represents Virgin Mary with Christ Child and lamb, as well as numerous angels. Inscription in Spanish underneath mentions Fray Tomas del Valle, 1686 to 1776, Bishop of Ceuta and later Bishop of Cadiz and Algeciras. Wooden frame. Collectible Religious Art And Historical Relics.
