A pair of vintage Chinese glass snuff bottles with elaborate reverse hand painting images feature stunning landscapes. Circa the 20th century. The bottles have glass stoppers and are complete with wooden spoons. Such bottles are painted from the inside by craftsmen with a special, thinnest brush. Special tobacco from the leaves of various medicinal plants was stored in such bottles and used to improve health. Vanity Wares and Accessories, and Collectibles.
