Gouache on paper painting by Mikhail Belomlinsky, 1934 to 2020, a Russian artist and illustrator. The artwork is a cartoon depicting a worker on a construction crane passes tools and paint to another man building a wooden house. Signed by the artist, marked Boyevoy Karandash, and titled Home Delivery on the backside. Boyevoy Karandash, Combat Pencil, was a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters and collections of satirical drawings starting from 1939.
