An ancient Seleucid king Demetrius II silver tetradrachm coin. Tyro Mint, 129 to 125 BC, Asia Minor. The obverse shows a diademed head of Demetrius facing right. The reverse shows an eagle standing left on the galleys prow; palm branch behind right shoulder; to l. APE above club surmounted by ligature; to r. AX above EPR; ligature between eagles legs DEMH[TRIOY] [BAS]ILEYS. Irregular edges, slightly off centered.
