An ancient Chinese carved jade ritual tall cong. Circa 200 BC to 100 AD. A cong is a straight tube with a circular bore and square outer section with more or less convex sides. It is a distinctive form of ritual vessel that holds great symbolic significance in Chinese culture, often associated with ceremonial and spiritual practices.
