A Russian early Soviet era illustrated childrens book, About One Boy, by the writer and poet Sergei Mikhalkov, 1913 to 2009, with instructive poems about pedestrians and traffic rules. Eight pages. Publication of the main department of the RK police of the NKVD of the USSR, Kuibyshev, 1938. The pages contain handwritten notes and library stamps.
