A large hand painted porcelain group by Aelteste Volkstedter Porzellanmanufaktur, a German manufacture established in 1762 in Thuringia. Ca. 1915 to 1934. The piece represents a Rococo multi figure scene in a music room, children dancing to the piano. Gilt accents, and fine lace details of the costumes. Crowned French fleur de lys emblem on the front. Crowned Volkstedt mark on the backside. Marked Germany on the bottom. Antique Porcelain Decor And Collectibles.
