A large hand painted porcelain group by Aelteste Volkstedter Porzellanmanufaktur, a German manufacture established in 1762 in Thuringia. Ca. 1915 to 1934. The piece represents a Rococo multi figure scene in a music room, children dancing to the piano. Gilt accents, and fine lace details of the costumes. Crowned French fleur de lys emblem on the front.
