Frank Shirley Panabaker, Canadian, 1904 to 1992, oil painting on canvas depicting a forest landscape. Inscribed on the backside. Framed. Frank Shirley Panabaker was a Canadian landscape painter. His work focused on Southern Ontario and the area surrounding Mount Assiniboine. He was a long standing member of the Allied Artists of America, as well as an associate member of the Royal Canadian Academy.
