Pastel and ink on paper painting, attributed to Francis Picabia, 1879 to 1953, a French artist and writer associated with the Dada movement. The artwork represents a portrait of a blonde woman, presumably Marlene Dietrich, a famous German actress and singer. Signed in pencil in the lower right. Ca. 1940s. Brown mat, metal frame. Overall good vintage condition. Signs of wear and age. Has slight tear on her face. Has chips in frame. Disconnected from frame and adhesive on glass. Refer to photos. Sold as is.
