With woodblock illustrations. One of the volumes is hand-signed by Wang Shih-hsun on the cover. Manual of the Mustard Seed Garden, or Jieziyuan Huapu, is an important printed manual of Chinese painting compiled during the early-Qing Dynasty. Wang Shih-hsun, born 1951, is a Taiwanese politician and journalist. The book was a gift from his parents. Provenance: family of Wang Shih-hsun.
