A pair of antique decorative flintlock pistols, circa 18 to 19 century. Presumably of Indian origin, from the late Mughal era. Steel trunks with a wooden lining. The wooden parts are decorated with carvings, inlaid with brass in the form of curls and mother of pearl accents. The metal parts, presumably brass, are decorated with embossed scenes with military artifacts such as cannons, drums, and other decorative motifs. Collectible Antique Oriental Arms And Weapons.
