A vintage Russian Soviet Propaganda porcelain plate by the Vsenarpit or All Union Public Catering Association. The inscription on the plate is an agitation to eat not at home, but in public institutions of the Soviet Union. The inscription in Russian on the edge of the plate translates as Public catering under the fire of workers self criticism. Circa 1930s. Marked Foreign Made underneath.
