An antique Chinese, Nguyen Dynasty, Bleu de Hue set of two porcelain plates. Circa: Qing dynasty, mid 19th century. The plate is hand painted cobalt blue scene against a white background, depicting garden motifs and hieroglyphs. Marked with blue ink on the backside and colored with dark shades rims. Bleu de Hue was a type of Chinese blue and white export porcelain for the Vietnamese market produced in Jingdezhen from the 18th century until World War II.
