Ink and watercolor on paper cartoon by Vahan Shirvanian, 1925 to 2013, an American cartoonist best known for his comic strip No Comment. The artwork depicts three prisoners playing croquet the iron balls attached to their legs. Signed by the artist in the lower right. Undated. White mat, black frame. Label of Gail Severn Gallery is on the backside. Collectible Graphic Art, Americana.
