An antique German Bavarian Eschenbach porcelain tea set. The set includes five pair of cups and saucers, a tea pot, a sugar bowl, a creamer, and a tray. The wares are adorned with scenes with Napoleon. The tea wares are decorated with court scenes surrounded by gilded foliage and foliate scroll ornaments, floral and wreath motifs. The tray is adorned with a campaign scene with Napoleon and his military staff, after the original oil painting, The French Campaign of 1814, by Jean Louis Ernest Meyssonnier.
