An antique Japanese, late Meiji Era, enamel Silver wire creamer. The oil lamp form ware is enameled with polychrome designs representing Phoenix birds, dragons, and blossoming flowers surrounded by swirl, and foliate scroll patterns made in the Cloisonne technique. The creamer is adorned with a curved handle and curved rims. Mounted on three legs. Unmarked. Circa: late 19th century to early 20th century.
