Attributed to Guy Carleton Wiggins, American, 1883 to 1962, oil painting on cardboard depicting a New York winter cityscape. Circa: 1940s. Framed. Guy Carleton Wiggins as an American impressionist painter. He was the president of the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts, and a member of the Old Lyme Art Colony. He did many paintings of New York Citys snowy streets, landmarks and towering skyscrapers during winter. One of a kind artwork.
