An antique Russian original heavily carved bronze and lapis lazuli figural group after Robert Cohoun, Russian, 1806 to 1879. The figural group is modeled as the recumbent cossack holding his rifle with a Borzoi hound dog resting its head on his lap. Provenance: Christies. Mounted on a Lapis lazuli base.
