An antique bronze sculpture of a boy whistling by Henryk Kossowski the Younger, a Polish sculptor, 1855 to 1921. The piece is signed on the base and dates back to the early 20th century. Kossowski studied at the School of Fine Arts in Krakow before furthering his education in Paris. He exhibited his work in Paris, Vienna, Warsaw, Lviv, and Krakow, gaining recognition for his popular genre motifs and portraiture in bronze, terracotta, and patinated plaster.
