An ancient crystal sculpture belongs to the Taino culture, known as the three pointed stone or trigonolitho, dated approximately 13th to 15th century. Was described by Spanish chroniclers as having a connection with yucca or cassava in the Caribbean. Three pointed stones come in a variety of sizes, from small and light to quite heavy and large. Were used as stands, reliquaries, or personal decorations. Sculpture has a sacred concept and connection with the spiritual and often depicts a deity figure. The figurines were made from stone, shell, wood, bone, and man had many versions of them, each valued for the power it was believed to impart. It has large eyebrows surrounded by an interlocking, raised stripe. The mouth is marked by a narrow groove running above the point of constriction. Overall it is decorated with numerous spirals in flowing stripes.
