A collection of six antique Chinese reverse painted glass snuff bottles with incrusted stoppers. Snuff bottles are small containers traditionally used to hold powdered tobacco, which was sniffed as a form of tobacco consumption. The bottles are sealed with decorative etched metal stoppers, incrusted with vibrant semi precious stones. Each item has fine paintings with images of birds and animals. Circa 1920s to 1930s.
