A fine quality Russian gilt silver card case of a rectangular form, the exterior is engraved with detailed patterns, the cover is set with a carved oval of moss agate, corners are adorned with relief gold flowers set with amethysts and diamonds. The protruding clasp is also set with diamonds. Hallmarked with an 84 Imperial Russian silver standard, makers initials and other Russian hallmarks.
