An antique Russian Orthodox silver priests cross. The front side is decorated with a double monogram of Emperors Nicholas I and Alexander II and dates 1853 to 1856 referring to the Crimean War. Inscription in Church Slavonic on the backside: Lord, let me not be ashamed, for I have called on You. Unmarked. Total Weight: 31 grams.
