A lot of antique English three Lover Eye oil on board miniature paintings. The artworks represent fragments of a face with eyes only. Beautifully framed, and two frames are marked Made in England and Mirella. Eye miniatures, also known as Lovers Eyes, became extremely popular in Britain around 1780s. They were commissioned as gifts expressing devotion between loved ones or in memory of the deceased. Gilt wooden frame. Collectible Fine Art, Historical Relics.
