A Russian oval shaped 88 silver gilt and enamel casket box. Features a gold washed interior. The exterior of the box is enameled with stylized Neo Russian geometrical and floral patterns in white, blue, green, red, purple, and pink shades made in the Cloisonne technique, and adorned with a hand painted miniature The Bay of Naples after the original oil painting by Ivan Aivazovsky. Hallmarked with an 88 Russian Imperial silver standard and bears the makers mark on the bottom. Decorative Art, Russian Silver Antiques And Collectibles. Total weight: 115 g
