A glazed earthenware vase by Jean Derval, 1925 to 2010, a French ceramist and designer. Ca. 1950s. Footed taper shape. The body is hand-painted with leaf ornament. Signed by the artist on the bottom. Jean Derval founded his own studio in 1951. In this period, he was primarily inspired by Roman art and the Salons de l Imagerie. Collectible Pottery And Ceramic, Designer Decor.
