Lot 0337: SOVIET UKRAINIAN STAINLESS STEEL TEA GLASS HOLDERS

A pair of Soviet Ukrainian vintage stainless steel tea glass holders. Circa 1970s. The first holder, called Seagulls, was created in Odessa city and is modeled with slots in the form of bird silhouettes. There is an engraved wave pattern along the bottom edge. The second cup holder Zaporozhye MNC ZiSh is decorated with an embossed image of a railway view and other patterns. Both items are marked. Such cup holders were used in all trains of the Soviet Union for cups of hot tea. Collectible Ukrainian Soviet, Serveware Tableware Tea Service.
