An ancient Roman early Byzantine Empire moulded terracotta pottery lamp. Egyptian Frog type with carinated body. Made in plaster mould, decorated with an engraved ornament on the top, a small raised circle nozzle top and undefined base with impressed O below. Pale brown clay fabric with light buff surface, fine mica, quartz, white and dark grey inclusions. Circa: 3rd century to 4th century AD.
