A pair of Russian emigre softcover books with illustrations. Drozdovtsy on Fire by A.V. Turkul, second edition, published by Yav i Byl, Munich, 1948. The Youth of Russian Columbus by B. Bashilov, published in Munich, 1947. Anton Turkul, 1892 to 1957, was a Russian White Army officer, commander of the Civil War Drozdovtsy military unit and of the WWII Russian Liberation Army. Boris Bashilov, 1908 to 1970, was a Russian emigre historical writer. Antiquarian Librarian Books For Collectors, Russian Emigre Publications.
