An antique 19th-century patinated cast bronze sculpture. After the 1755 marble figure titled La Baigneuse, Bather by Christophe-Gabriel Allegrain, 1710 to 1795, a French Rococo sculptor. The artwork represents a nude Venus standing in a rock pool. The original piece was commisioned for the royal residences and received a sensational reception.
