Lot 0678: GROUP OF WWII TYPE NAZI GERMAN MILITARY SHIELDS 3 PCS

A group of three World War II type German military decorations. The first is a Crimea shield sleeve badge constructed of stamped sheet metal with a bronze finish and headed by the German eagle clutching a laurel wreath surrounding a swastika, flanked by the dates 1941 and 1942 on a backdrop of the Crimean peninsula, bearing the word KRIM. Second is a Breslau sleeve shield featuring the German eagle clutching a laurel wreath surrounding a swastika with oak leaves on sides, the date 1933, and SA Assault Troops emblem. And the third is a Kuban shield headed by the German eagle with outstretched wings clutching a laurel wreath with a swastika. On each side, the wreath are the numbers 19 and 43. Directly below the eagle is written KUBAN. Below this name is a stylized map of the Kuban region, with a line representing the defensive line with the location of the bridgeheads - KRYMSKAYA, LAGUNEN, and NOVOROSSIYSK.
