I and XIII, published by Zemlya i Fabrika, Land and Factory, Moscow - Leningrad, 1930. Custom made hardcovers. Vsevolod Garshin, 1855 to 1888, was a Russian author of short stories. Vladimir Korolenko, 1853 to 1921, was a Russian writer, a strong critic of the Tsarist regime. Niva, The Grainfield, was the most popular Russian illustrated weekly journal of literature, politics and modern life, active from 1870 to 1918.
