A vintage porcelain plaque by KPM after an original 1870s painting titled Young prisoner on a straw bed by Francesco Hayez. Housed in a gilt frame. Francesco Hayez, 1791 then 1882, Italian painter, one of the leading artists of romanticism of the mid 19th century. Known for his historical paintings, political allegories and portraits.
