The handle is carved of green jade, decorated with an applied cipher of Emperor Nicholas II covered with red and white enamel under the Imperial crown set with diamonds. The gilt silver finial is covered with cobalt blue guilloche enamel and topped with a crowned double headed eagle figurine. The gilt silver base is carved with floral motifs and set with diamonds. The blade is carved of translucent gray jade, adorned with openwork gilt silver overlay, set with a row of diamonds to the base. Hallmarked with an 84 Imperial Russian silver standard and other Russian hallmarks. Comes with its original fitted box.
