The icon depicts Christ holding the New Testament in his left hand and making the gesture of teaching or of blessing with his right. Mixed media painting: egg tempera, gesso, and levkas on a wood board. The icon is decorated with imitation enamel on the corners and borders. Executed on Gold background.
