A Russian gilt silver cigarette case with hinged lid. Blue guilloche enamel surface. The cover is garnished with an Imperial eagle overlay set with sapphires and diamonds. Enameled anchor emblem with letter K and jeweled garland embellish the backside. Floral overlay on the sides. Marked 100 on the inside.
