Tadeusz Dominik, Polish, 1928 to 2014, acrylic painting on paper depicting an abstract composition. Signed lower left. Framed. Provenance: Jacksons International, November 2015, lot 186. An auction paper label, on the backside. Tadeusz Dominik was a painter and graphic artist, who also dealt with artistic textiles, ceramics, and computer graphics. In 1946 to 1951 Dominik studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw where he obtained his diploma in 1953 in the studio of professor Jan Cybis. Tadeusz Dominik was the laureate of, among others awards, the Jan Cybis 1973 and a Ford Foundation scholarship holder 1962. His works are in museums and private collections in Poland and around the world. European Fine Art, Wall Art, and Collectibles. One of a kind artwork.
