An auction paper label, on the backside. Tadeusz Dominik was a painter and graphic artist, who also dealt with artistic textiles, ceramics, and computer graphics. In 1946 to 1951 Dominik studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw where he obtained his diploma in 1953 in the studio of professor Jan Cybis. Tadeusz Dominik was the laureate of, among others awards, the Jan Cybis 1973 and a Ford Foundation scholarship holder 1962.
