A Russian hand carved honey agate, diamonds, rubies, and 14k gold cigarette case. The cigarette case is adorned with a relief Imperial monogram of Emperor Nicholas II and Empress Alexandra on the top, and encrusted with white diamonds. The clasps are encrusted with Ruby stones.
