An antique 19th-century Indian miniature painting on enamel plaque. British Raj period. Oval format. The artwork depicts a view of the Qutb Minar complex in Delhi. The painting is set in a hand-carved wooden standing frame with a gilt suspension on top. The area of medieval religious buildings in old Delhi was named after a minaret built in the early 13th century. The site is included in the UNESCO world heritage list.
