Watercolor on paper painting. Russian, early Soviet era, 1920s. The artwork represents an artists palette with paints and brushes, church domes in the background, and a stylized Hebrew inscription below. Signed by the artist, B. Shlesser, and dated November 5, 1927 in the lower right. Presumably a sketch for a book illustration. Collectible Graphic Art, Judaica.
