A US Army Staff and Field Officer model 1860 sword. Features a straight, double-edged rhomboid blade embellished on both sides with etched foliate and a military motifs. The grip is shark skin wrapped with brass double-twisted wire. Pommel caps decorations feature an eagle and other leaf designs.
